Purpose for collecting Personal Information   Collezione, in order to execute contracts with customers, collects personal information necessary for transactions with clients deemed useful to customers. This usage of customer information can be stopped at the customer's request. 4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties   Customer personal information is shared with sellers and likely sellers of used cars for which the customer has authorized purchase through the conclusion of a contract with Collezione. 5. Protective Measures for Customer Personal Information   Collezione has in place thorough security measures, particularly information security measures, which ensure the safety of the personal information we obtain, and we carry out periodic human, physical and technological security inspections, promptly implementing corrective measures whenever improvements are warranted. 6. Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, Cancellation, Deletion, etc., of Personal Information held by Collezione 1) Collezione will disclose personal information in the event that a customer makes such a request. 2) If specifically requested to do so, Collezione will promptly correct (change, add, delete), cancel, or remove personal information and inform the customer of these changes, etc. 7. Deletion of Personal Information   After the completion of business transactions, customer personal information will be safely and securely deleted from Collezione's system unless given permission - before or after the fact - by the customer.
